ESWACAA is pursuing and implementing innovative means to serve the Aviation Industry in a cost effective and safe manner in the light of COVID-19. An e-platform is being rolled out within the fields of Aviation Safety, Aviation Security and Air Transport.
E-LEARNING PLATFORM
The e-learning project will be rolled out in phases beginning with Aviation Security (AVSEC). The platform will enable users as follows:
- Learn at their own pace;
- Learn in their own setting;
- Control their learning;
- Use their own devices;
- Write assessment timed exams online

E-EXAMINATIONS PLATFORM
Further, the e-platform will avail exams for Personnel Licensing (PEL) in all categories such as pilots, maintenance, flight operations etc. The e-examination will be rolled out in stages and the first exam to be offered will be the Airline Transport License (ALTP) Exam, followed by the Commercial Pilot License (CPL) and later on the Private Pilot License (PPL). Exams for aircraft maintenance, air traffic control and others will be rolled out by 30 September 2021.
